SCHOOL OF NURSING, OSOGBO GUIDELINES FOR ON-LINE APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION INTO THE SCHOOLS OF NURSING AND MIDWIFERY

The Manage of the School of Nursing Osogbo has announced the commencement of the Online Registration for Application for Admission into the School,

Invites the qualify and interested Candidates to register for the exam as

 Programme offerd by School of Nursing Osogbo

 1. Basic General Nursing,
2. Post - Basic General Nursing, and
3. Post - Basic Midwifery.

CREATE  ACCOUNT 
  1. Visit e-registration portal by entering the following http://health.osun.gov.ng into
  2. address bar of your browser
  3. CLICK on NEW APPLICANT to create your profile
  4. Click on NEW APPLICANT BUTTON, you will be redirected to NEW APPLICANT PAGE
  5. Fill the required information, then CLICK on CREATE ACCOUNT
  6. On click on CREATE ACCOUNT, you will see a message on the page informing you that
  7. creation of account is successful
  8. Then click on LOGIN to proceed and also email alert will be sent to your email address (Gmail
  9. user, check your spam message if you didn’t received it in your inbox). This indicated that you
  10. are through with this stage then proceed to the next stage

School of Nursing Osogbo Payment Method and Procedure
Osogbo School of Nursing Application Fee is differ by Programme
  • On – Line registration fee for BASIC GENERAL NURSING is Seven Thousand Five Hundred Naira (N7,500.00) only.
  • On – Line registration fee for POST BASIC GENERAL NURSING and POST BASIC MIDWIFERY: cost of Fifteen Thousand Naira (N15,000.00) only.
 TO MAKE PAYMENT
CLICK on LOGIN as indicated in message display on page when you click on CREATE
ACCOUNT on NEW APPLICANT PAGE
ENTER your login details (check your mails if you didn’t recollect )
CLICK on LOGIN, you will be redirected to a page where you will be asked to select your
desired PROGRAM, and then to make a PAYMENT
SELECT your desired PROGRAM, required amount with charges will be displayed
CLICK PROCEED TO PAYMENT to make a payment of your choice
PAYMENT PAGE where you can make a payment with either of the two options ATM or
DIRECT DEBIT FROM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT will be displayed, then fill the requested
details based on payment mode you choose
CLICK on PAYMENT then you will be redirected to a page where you will enter OTP CODE
sent to you from your bank.
