This is to inform the general public/interested candidates that Lagos State College of Health (LASCOHET)  Technology has started the 2019/2020 Application for Admission 

The Sales  of Applicant Forms start from 4th march, 2019.

Sales of Late Applicant Forms From 17th June to 28 June, 2019


Closing Date: Registration will close finally  28 June, 2019

Below are the steps to take for the registration.

  1. To Purchase Scratch Cards: Visit the College Account Dept. for Valid Payment Teller.
  2. visit  www.lascohet.com then go to admission 
  3. click on apply online for further instruction.
Date  for Entrance Examination 

Pen on Paper Entrance Examination will be Conducted at 9:00am on Thursday 4th July, 2019 at the College Premises in the following Subject: English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Geography, and General Knowledge.

Computer Based Test Option on 29th – 30th July, 2019 at the College Premises 


REQUIREMENTS/ELIGIBILITY

1. SCHOOL OF ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH

A. NATIONAL DIPLOMA IN ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (ACCREDITED BY NBTE)
5 Credit in English, Math, Biology, Chemistry and one relevant subject from: Geography, food & nutrition, Commerce, or Physics and a Language at GCE/SSCE,NECO. Duration: 2 years
B. Higher National Diploma in Environmental Health
National Diploma Certificate in Environmental Health Technology and 5 Credits as Applicable in 1(A) Duration: 2 years
C. Environmental Health Technician
Credit in English, Math, Biology, Chemistry and a in Physics, Geography, Account, Food and Nutrition. Duration: 3 years
D. Environment Health Assistant
4 Pass in GCE, SSCE, NECO, Grade II or NABTEB in one science Subject and other three (3) Subject: A Pass in English Language will be an Nutrition.
Duration 2 yeas
E. Food Hygiene
1. Certificate in Food Hygiene Requires: JSS 3 Certificate
Duration: 1 year
2. Diploma in Food Hygiene Requires: WAHEB Certificate, in Food Hygiene Duration: 1 year
F. Dip. in Health Promotion and Education
4 Credits in GEC, SSCE, NECO, or Grade II, to Include English Language, Math, Biology, Health Science and any other Subject. 
Duration: 2 years

2. School of Community Health 

A. DIPLOMA IN COMMUNITY HEALTH
Credit in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics and a Minimum Pass in Yoruba Language at not more than two Sittings in GCE/SSCE/NECO
Duration: 3 years 

B. JUNIOR COMMUNITY HEALTH
3 Credit in English Language, Mathematics, Biology and Pass in other science Subject and Minimum Pass in Yoruba Language at not more than two Sittings in GCE/SSCE/NECO
Duration: 2 years

C. JCHEW CONVERSION
In Addition to 2(A) Applicant must have two (2) Years Working Experience and Licensed by the Community Health Practitioners Registration Board of Nigeria (CHPRBN)
Duration: 2 years 

D. HEALTH ASSISTANT
Credit in English Language, Mathematics, Biology and Pass in any other two science Subjects.  
Duration: 2 years

3. SCHOOL Of COMPLEMENTARY HEALTH SCIENCES

A. DIPLOMA IN COMPLEMENTARY HEALTH SCIENCES
5 Credit in English Lang, biology/health Science, Physics, Chemistry and Minimum Pass in Yoruba Language at not more than two Sittings in GCE/SSCE/NECO
Duration: 2 years

B. HIGHER DIPLOMA IN COMPLEMENTARY
Diploma in CAM and 5 Credit in English Language, Mathematics, Biology/Health Science, Physics, Chemistry and Minimum Pass in Yoruba Language at GCE/SSCE, NECO, Option: Chiropractic Medicine, Osteopathic Medicine, Naturopathy Medicine, Homeopathy Medicine, Acupuncture.
Duration: 2 years

4. SCHOOL OF MEDICINE LABORATORY

A. TECHNICIAN CERTIFICATE IN MEDICAL LAB.
5 Credit in GCE/SSCE/NECO or NABTEB including; English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, at least a Pass in Physics and a Minimum Pass in Yoruba Language at not more than 2 Sittings.
Duration 3 years

B. MEDICAL LAB. TECHNICIAN (CONVERSION)
Requirement: Medical lab. Assistant Certificate with O'level result including English, Maths, Biology, Chemistry and at least a Pass in Physics at not more than 2 Sittings.
Duration: 2 years

C. TECHNICIAN CERTIFICATE IN PHLEBOTOMY 
5 Credit in English, Math, Chemistry, Biology and at least a Pass, Physics and a Minimum Pass in Yoruba at GCE/NECO/SSCE at not more than 2 Sittings.
Duration: 3 years

5. SCHOOL OF HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT

A. PROFESSIONAL DIPLOMA IN HEALTH INFO MANAGEMENT (PD)
5 Credit in English Language, Mathematics, Biology/Health Science, Physics/Chemistry and other science Subject and a Minimum Pass in Yoruba Language at not more than 2 Sittings in GCE/SSCE/NECO.
Duration: 3 years

B. NATIONAL DIPLOMA IN HEALTH INFO MANAGEMENT (ND) (ACCREDITED BY NBTE)
5 Credit in English Language, Mathematics, Biology/Health Science, Physics/Chemistry and any other Science Subjects and a Minimum Pass in Yoruba Language at not more than 2 sitting at GCE/SSCE/NECO.
DURATION: 2 years 

C. DIRECT ENTRY HIM – HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA
Holders of Diploma Certificates, Biology/Health Science, Physics/Chemistry and any other science Subject.      
Duration: 2 years

6. SCHOOL OF MORBID SCIENCES

A. DIPLOMA IN MORBID AND FUNERAL TECHNOLOGY
5 Credit in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Pass in Yoruba Language at GCE/SSCE/NECO in not more than two Sittings.
Duration: 3 years

B. CERTIFICATE IN MORBID SCIENCES
First School Leaving Certificate with 3 (TREE) years working experience on the job.
Duration: 1 year

7. SCHOOL Of PHARMACY TECHNICIAN

A. PHARMACY TECHNICIAN
5 Credit in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Biology and a Pass in Yoruba Language at GCE/SSCE/NECO In not more than two Sittings    
Duration: 3 years
